基于乡村旅游开发的农村土地利用变化研究

探讨乡村地区旅游开发影响下土地利用变化及调控问题，重点分析非理性旅游资源开发导致乡村地区大量农用土地的非农化，从而引起土地利用与土地覆被的极大变化，同时指出乡村地区大量农用地的非农化，不利于乡村地区土地资源可持续利用和新农村建设。在分析土地非农化决策主体行为的基础上，提出乡村旅游开发中土地可持续利用的调控对策。

Study of the Changes in Rural Land Use Based on Tourism Development

This study is to explore the change in land use and regulation issues under the influence of the development of tourism in rural areas, which focuses on the fact that irrational tourism resources development has led to the wanton abuse of land resources and the massive loss of arable land. The study shows a large amount of non-agricultural land appears in rural areas, which is not conducive to the sustainable use of land resources and the building of a new socialist countryside. On the basis of an analysis of the decision-making results of the land user and the landholder in tourism development, the non-agriculture, sustainable land use regulation and control measures in the development of rural tourism are proposed.
