| Abstract: | This paper,based on the status quo and the present problems of the exploration and utilization of water resources in Changsha, analyzes the reasons of the lack of water resources in this region, and meanwhile, raises effective suggestions and countermeasures for the exploration and utilization of the water resources of the Xiangjiang River within the scope of Changsha. |
