项目化精准扶贫的有效措施研究与实践

精准扶贫的关键是识别真正的贫困户,找准其致贫的根本原因,因户施策,因人施策,真正扶到点上、扶到根上。本文结合个人驻村扶贫的工作实践,总结了在精准扶贫工作中,在驻村工作队和村委会的共同努力下结合乡村自然资源和村情村貌,开发特色种植、水产养殖、光伏发电等集体产业项目,提高集体经济收入,通过振兴乡村,惠及贫困户；同时,针对贫困户的不同致贫原因,实施危房改造、教育资助等不同的项目化帮扶措施,让贫困户得到实实在在地帮扶而脱贫。

Research and Practice of Effective Measures for Project-oriented Precision Poverty Alleviation

The key to precise poverty alleviation is to identify the real poor households and find out the root cause of poverty. Based on household policies and individual policies, poverty alleviation workers can really help the point and heal the root. This article combines the work practice of individual poverty alleviation in the village, and summarized that in the targeted poverty alleviation work, with the joint efforts of the village team and the village committee, combined with the natural resources of the village and the village situation, to develop collective industrial projects such as special planting, aquaculture, photovoltaic power generation for increasing the collective economic income, revitalizing the countryside, benefiting poor households. At the same time, implementing different project-based assistance measures such as dilapidated houses and education subsidies for different causes of poverty for poor households, so that poor households can get real help to get rid of poverty.
