摘    要:受COVID-19疫情影响,大多数高校教师开展线上教学。在熟悉教学流程后,如何保证在线教学质量、如何实现课程的育人目标成为亟需解决的现实问题。本文以动物性食品卫生学为例,以超星平台为依托,从建设课程资源、优化教学内容、开展线上测试、加强督学管理、做好课后服务等几个方面阐述了疫情形势下校本SPOC课程建设与教学组织,以实现课程的育人目标。

Construction and Organization of University-based Small Private OnlineCourse under the Epidemic of Covid-19
Abstract:In response to the epidemic Covid-19, most university teachers carried out their online teaching without full preparation. After getting familiar with the online operation procedures, how to ensure the teaching quality and realize the education goals of the course they taught turns into an urgent problem to solve. The current paper described the construction and organization of the university based small private online course (SPOC) of Animal Derived Food Hygiene on the Platform of Chaoxing, discussed the abundance of digital expending resources, asynchronous video recording and broadcasting, evaluation of the teaching effect, supervising management of learning, as wells as post-teaching services in an attempt to reach the education goal of the course.
