| 摘 要： | 本文从广东地区草业发展的市场需求出发，对仲恺农业工程学院草业科学专业本科人才培养与就业进行思考，分析了办学中存在的问题，并对今后制定人才培养方案提出建议，要适时调整专业方向，适应广东地区草业发展需要，改革现有课程体系，走产学研结合的道路，促进专业健康发展。

| Abstract: | Some thought were introduced on training talented person and obtaining employment of pratacultural science specialty＇ s undergraduate of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering on the base of the development of pratacuhural science and market demand of Guangdong province. Problem of running a school were analyzed and suggestion of nurturing program of talents were raised, which include regulating specialty at the right moment, adapting development of Guangdong province, reforming course system, taking the road of combining production, teaching and research and promoting the development of specialty. |
