| 摘 要： | 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法对枣树6个品种的细胞色素氧化酶同工酶、过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱进行了观察和试验分析,分别计算了细胞色素氧化酶同工酶、过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱中各自酶带的Rf值以及不同品种之间的相似系数,比较了不同品种之间的亲缘关系并首次进行了排序,为枣树的品种鉴定和遗传育种提供了参考。 |

| Abstract: | The zymograms of cytochrome oxidase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes of 6 Zizyphus jujuba varieties were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The Rf values of zymograms of cytochrome oxidase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes as well as the similarity coefficient between different varieties were calculated.The blood relationship between different varieties was compared to each other,and the order of them on the X axle was determined for the first time,which provided reference basis for the variety identification and genetic breeding in Zizyphus jujuba. |
