| 摘 要： | 开展农地整理是实现农村土地可持续利用的重要途径,对于生态脆弱、生态区位非常重要、生态安全威胁性非常大的低山丘陵区而言,农地整理应依据整体性、趋势开拓、协调共生、和谐高效、可持续发展等原则进行有序化的规划和设计.本文结合国家投资农地整理项目的个例,对低山丘陵区农地整理的有序化设计作了实证研完,为土地资源的可持续利用和农业的可持续发展提供理论基础.
