齿间摩擦对斜齿轮齿根弯曲应力的影响

摘    要:针对传统的齿轮强度理论不计齿间摩擦的观点,通过对渐开线斜齿减速齿轮机构中主动齿轮受力情况进行全面分析、研究,推导出齿间摩擦作用下主动齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力计算公式。研究表明,齿间摩擦对斜齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度的影响不容忽视。

Abstract:According to the traditional strength theory of the involute gear, the effect of the sliding friction between teeth can be neglected during calculation of tooth root bending fatigue strength, but for the helical gear it's not the case. In this paper, through analysis of forces exerting on the driving gear of low speed helical gear drive, the calculation equation of the driving gear tooth bending strength, under the action of sliding friction was deduced.
