| 摘 要： | 农民工作为我国庞大却弱势的特殊社会群体,是经济社会结构变迁后劳动力资源自由流动优化配置的必然结果。平稳有序合理的解决农民工问题,既有利于解决三农痼疾,又能推进国家工业化和城市化的发展。本文系统地分析了分流农民转移就业的现实意义;农民工作为农民非农就业主渠道对现代化的贡献;农民工转移就业的原因;农民工转移就业的瓶颈因素及对策等。
