摘    要: 本文研究了菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)侵染的油菜组织内草酸毒素的积累、分布及共晶体结构。结果表明:寄主组织内草酸毒素的积累和pH值变化与病害的扩展相一致。不同感病程度品种(系)内毒素的积累量和分布显著不同。外源钙离子对病害的发生和扩展具有显著的抑制作用。组织水平上叶片对毒素的敏感性和抗渗透能力可能与毒素的作用方式和叶组织结构有关。

Abstract:Accumulation, distribution of oxalic acid and scanning observation of its crystals in winter rape (Brassica napus) plant tissues infected by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied.The results showed that changes of oxalic acid level and pH in infected tissues were paralleled to the development of the disease, and the changes were significantly different among varieties (or lines). The disease incidence and development of the host was inhibited by pretreatment with exogenous calcium. The high tolerant or premeability barriers of toxin at organ levels might be related to the modes of toxin action and structures of host leaves.
