河北低平原春季不同灌溉对小麦品质的影响趋势研究

以4个不同类型小麦品种试验为基础,研究了河北低平原区春季不同灌溉对小麦品质的影响趋势。结果表明：小麦主要品质指标蛋白质和沉降值均与春季灌水量呈二次曲线关系,即灌溉量较低时,小麦籽粒品质随灌溉量的增加而提高,当提高到最大值之后,随灌溉量的增加而出现降低趋势。表明在低平原区,适当灌溉可以提高小麦品质,但盲目增加灌溉量会使品质降低。

Study on the Impact Trend of Different Spring Irrigation on the Quality of Winter Wheat in Hebei Low Plain

Based on research with 4 wheat varieties of different types,the impact trend of different spring irrigations on the yield of winter wheat in Hebei low plain was studied.The result indicated that there was a quadratic curve relation between the main quality indexes as protein content,sedimentation value with spring irrigations.That was to say,when the irrigation was at a low level,the quality improved with the irrigation,whereas when the quality indexes reached the peak value,the quality went down with the further irrigation.This result implied that appropriate spring irrigation might improve the wheat quality,but over-irrigation could decrease wheat quality of Hebei low plain.
