哈密瓜自毒作用的营养调节效应研究

摘    要:通过施用不同肥料的营养调节方式研究哈密瓜自毒作用对其幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:哈密瓜叶水浸液浓度为90 g/L时对哈密瓜的幼苗生长有强烈的抑制作用。不同的肥料能减轻哈密瓜自毒物质对其幼苗生长的抑制作用,在一定程度上对发芽势、幼苗株高、侧根数、胚根长度、单苗鲜重表现促进作用,每种肥料不同的浓度对哈密瓜幼苗各个器官生长影响的作用不同,促进效果总体上表现为:复合肥>有机肥>硝酸铵。

Abstract:Effect of Hami melon′s autointoxication on seedling growth was investigated by the nutritional regulation of using different fertilizers.The results showed that Hami melon′s seedling growth was strongly inhibited in leaf water extract concentration of 90 g/L.Different fertilizers could reduce the inhibitory effects of Hami melon′s autointoxication on seedling growth.The fertilizers represented promotion effects on germinability,height of seedling,lateral root numbers,radicle length and fresh weight.Different concentrations of fertilizers had different effects on all organs of Hami melon′s seedling growth.As a whole,the promotion effects in compound fertilizer was highest,followed by organic fertilizer and ammonium nitrate.
