紫外线对大豆疫霉菌生物学性状的影响

摘    要:以紫外线照射供试大豆疫霉菌游动孢子诱发突变,研究紫外线对大豆疫霉菌生物学性状、抗药性、致病性的影响.结果表明:游动孢子的相对存活率随照射距离及时间的延长而降低,紫外线照射使大豆疫霉菌生长速率、生存能力、生殖能力、致病性等都明显降低.

Abstract:Effects of UV radiation on biological characters, fungicide resistance and pathogenicity of Phythophthora sojae were studied by treated the zoospores of Phythophthora sojae with UV radiation. The results showed that the relative survival rate of zoospores decreased with the UV radiation time and distance increased, and the UV radiation could reduce the growth rate, survival capacity, pathogenicity and reproduction capacity ofphythophthora sojae remarkably.
