摘    要:对被挤压物料的熔融过程进行了分析,应用正交多项式回归设计法,找出转速,物料湿度,压力等因素对机器生产率,耗电量,膨化率等的影响,并用模糊数学综合评判法,通过多因素试验对机器的诸性能进行评价,得出优选组合排序,为提高单螺杆式挤压膨化机的性能和制品质量,提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the melting process of raw materials is studied. The effects of speed, watercontain of raw materials and pressure on the output, power consumption and expanding ratioare put forward by using the orthogonal polynomial regression design method. The experi-ment of many factors is used to evaluate the performance of the extruder by using syntheticaljudging method of fuzzy mathematics. The optimum combinationorder is obtained. A certaintheoretical basis is put forward for improving performance of the extruder and the quality ofthe products.
