| Abstract: | Immunoglobulin of yolk (IgY) has many significant characters as compared with IgG of mammalian. It is highlight in the field of biology and is applied for preventing many diseases. In this paper, its structure and characters are introduced,methods for producing IgY by conventional antigen or gene immunity are outlined, and the problems and prospect are also discussed. |
