摘    要:分别应用不同化学试剂及人工剥去颖壳处理来提高稗草种子的萌发率,不同处理对种子发芽率的影响不同.GA3、浓H2 SO4、KNO3、剥去颖壳处理都有利于稗草种子的萌发,但剥去颖壳破除休眠的效果不理想.通过800~1200 mg/L GA3浸种24 h,浓硫酸浸种10~ 20 min,都能打破稗草种子休眠,使其发芽率超过70%;KNO3溶液可打破部分稗草种子休眠,2% KNO3浸泡12 h,发芽率为34.67%;NaOH、HC1不宜用于解除稗草种子休眠.

Abstract:Different chemical reagents and manual processing were applied respectively to improve germination of barnyardgrass seeds.The influence of different treatments was very variable.CA3,H2SO4,KNO3,stripping glume methods broke the dormancy of barnyardgrass seeds.Manual elimination of glumes was not efficient in releasing dormancy.Seed soaking in 800 ~ 1200 mg/L CA3 for 24 h or in H2SO4 for 10 ~20 min could break the dormancy of bamyardgrass seeds and promote the germination rate over 70% ;KNO3 could partly break the dormancy of bamyardgrass seeds,seed soaking in 2% KNO3 for 12 h could increase the germination rate to 34.67%.NaOH or HC1 should not be used to break the dormancy of barnyardgrass seeds.
