摘    要:以绿洲2号和绥粳3号为试验材料,在水稻全生育期实行不同程度的控水灌溉处理,研究控水灌溉对水稻的产量及米质的影响。结果表明,两个品种绿洲2号和绥粳3号在控水处理Ⅱ的水稻分蘖数、穗粒数、千粒重及产量分别高于相应的CK处理,其中产量比相应CK处理分别增产11.04%和8.24%,差异达极显著水平;控灌处理条件下两个品种蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量、糙米率均低于CK,精米率和综合食味评分高于CK,说明适当控水有利于提高稻米品质。

Abstract:Take two rice cultivators Lvzhou2 and Suijing3 as the experimental materials, the paper studied the effects of control irrigation on rice yield and quality, under different control irrigation treatments in the whole rice growth period. The results showed that the tiller number, grain number, 1000-grain weight and yield of Lvzhou2 and Suijing3 in treatment Ⅱ were higher than those of CK, yield of rice increased 11.04% and 8.24% than CK, the difference reached a very significant level; the protein content, amylose conten, brown rice rate of two cultivators were less than CK, head rice rate and comprehensive taste score were higher than those of CK, which implied that suitable control irrigation could increase the quality of rice.
