宝收75%干悬浮剂在大豆和土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱,对宝收75%干悬浮剂在大豆及土壤中的残留动态进行了试验测定,结果表明,宝收(噻吩磺隆)在大豆植株中的半衰期为3.8~4.1 d,在土壤中的半衰期为4.3~4.8 d;大豆和土壤中的最终残留量均为未检出。以此制订宝收的合理使用准则:按推荐剂量26.7~33.3 g/hm2土壤喷雾使用1次。

Abstract:A field experiment was conducted and the residual dynamics of thifensulfuron methyl 75% DF in soybean and soil was analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that the half-lives of degradation for thifensulfuron methyl was 3.8~4.1 d in soybean,and 4.3~4.8 d in soil.The final residues in soybean and soil were no detection.The reasonable application method of thifensulfuron methyl 75% DF in soybean field was to spray one times in commendatory dose of 26.7~33.3 g/hm2.
