| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是高校教育工作的重要组成,在政治、教育、文化等方面起着积极作用。当然,社会发展过程中的不成熟,也造成了思想政治教育在政治观、个体意识、价值观以及心理等各方面的不良影响。本文从思想政治工作的功能及实践中遇到的问题着手,多种渠道、多个方面对思想政治教育创新工作提出新的见解。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education has been the major aspect in university. It performs actively in politics,education,culture and so on. Due to the immature facts during the development of society,it has affected the political views,individual values and psychology in a bad way. Starting from the problems occurring in the function and practice of ideological and political education,the thesis puts forward some innovative views on it from various ways and aspects. |
