摘    要:导游人员与国家(地方政府)、旅行社、游客之间是委托-代理关系。我国现行导游激励机制不健全,导游人员缺乏工作的积极性和主动性。应改变我国导游人员的社会形象、提高导游人员的社会地位,完善导游人员的薪酬、培训机制,激发导游人员的工作积极性和主动性,使其为国家(地区)、旅行社(导游服务公司)、游客和导游自身利益的最大化不断努力。

A construction of incentive mechanism for tour guides based on the principal-agent relationship

Abstract:The relationships between tour guides and the country( the local government),travel services and tourists are the principal-agent relation. However,the existing incentive mechanism is not perfect,as a result,the tour guides lack enthusiasm and initiative to work. Therefore,it's necessary to change the image of the tour guides,improve their social status,and improve the remuneration and training mechanism of the tour guides to stimulate the tour guides' enthusiasm and initiative to work,so as to make them work hard to realize the maximum benefits of the country( a region),travel services( the tour company),tourists and the tour guides themselves.
