上方树木遮荫下铅笔柏扦插育苗试验初报

利用上方树木遮荫进行铅笔柏扦插育苗，在气候干旱的西北地区可以有效保证插穗长期存活，当年存活率达到90％以上，但有延长插穗生根时间的趋势。ABT1号生根粉、萘乙酸、多效唑速蘸插穗，均有促进插穗形成愈伤组织的效果，取自全刺型叶母树上的插穗较刺鳞混合型叶母树更容易形成愈伤组织。

Preliminary Report on the Experiment Cutting Propagation of Sabina virginian with Above-tree Shading

Using the method of above tree shading, the experiment was carried out on cutting propagation of Sabina virginian, the drought northwest is effective to protect survival of cuttings for a long time, the survival rate can reach more than 90% in the current year, however, it can prolong the time of cottage rooting. The quirt-dip method of cutting treatded with ABT1, NAA and PP333 are all effective for forming callus, and cuttings from mother trees with bristle leaves were easier to form callus than cuttings from mother trees with bristle and scale leaves.
