| Abstract: | Eco-manor-style economy has a remarkable effect in Zuoquan County of Shanxi Province,through using the idle land and other resources in mountainous area to afforest.The experience in Zuoquan county provides an important mentality for the development of ditch valley economy in Beijing mountainous area,which isthe institutional innovations,the policy conformity,the organization walking into the mountain. |
