摘    要:研究了在15,20和25℃的恒温条件下,苜蓿蚜的发育、存活、寿命和繁殖情况,组建了不同温度下苜蓿蚜试验种群的生命表,分析了温度对其种群参数的影响规律。结果表明,3个温度下该蚜虫均能发育,存活和繁殖;平均世代历期随温度升高而缩短,15℃时为18.77d,25℃时为10.31d;成虫寿命在15℃时最长(12.33d);在25℃下,若蚜发育历期最短,内禀增长力最高。

Abstract:The development,survival,longevity and reproduction of Aphis medicaginis were measured under constant temperatures of 15,20 and 25 ℃ in laboratory.Life tables were constructed in order to analyze the effect of temperatures on its population parameters.The result showed that the aphis could survive and reproduce under three temperature levels,and the average generation time decreased from 18.77 days under 15 ℃ to 10.31 days under 25 ℃.Adult longevity was longest(12.33 days) under 15 ℃.The development duration was shortest and the intrinsic rate of increase was highest under 25 ℃.
