铁钾浸种对水稻种子萌发特性的影响

摘    要:采用溶液培养法研究200 mg/L Fe~(2+)(EDTA-Fe~(2+))胁迫下,不同钾水平对耐铁毒型水稻种子协优9308和铁毒敏感型水稻种子Ⅱ优838的幼芽长、幼根长、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、POD、SOD和总淀粉酶、α-淀粉酶活性的影响.结果表明,在200 mg/L Fe~(2+)胁迫下,加入外源钾可以促进幼芽和幼根的伸长生长,显著提高水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,提高POD、SOD抗氧化酶和淀粉酶的活性.Fe~(2+)胁迫下,II优838和协优9308外源钾的最适浓度分别在160 mg/L左右和240 mg/L左右.Fe~(2+)胁迫处理下,铁毒敏感型水稻种子Ⅱ优838和耐铁毒型水稻种子协优9308相比,铁胁迫对前者的影响较大.

Abstract:The seeds of Xieyou 9308 with tolerant to iron and Ⅱyou 838 with sensitive to iron were soaked in the solution with different K~+ levels and 200 mg/L Fe~(2+)(EDTA- Fe~(2+))to study the effect of K~+ on their shoot length, root length, germination rate, germination index, vigor index and activity of POD, SOD, total amylase and α-amylase and to provide the theoretical basis for control of rice iron toxicity. The results showed that adding exogenous K+ could promote elongation of shoots and roots, significantly raise germination rate, germination index and vigor index of rice seeds and enhance activity of POD, SOD and amylase under 200 mg/L Fe~(2+) stress,and the optimum concentration of exogenous K+ of Xieyou 9308 and Ⅱyou 838 was 160 mg/L and 240 mg/L respectively under 200 mg/L Fe~(2+) stress. The Fe~(2+) stress has the great effect on seed germination of Ⅱyou 838 with sensitive to iron.
