摘    要:退耕还林还草实施4a来。林草面积逐步增加。种植业结构不断优化,林草产业得到初步发展,但目前所形成的生态经济系统还比较脆弱。因此,今后要制定区域生态建设与经济协调发展规划,发展农业产业化,提高农业生态经济系统总体功能,发展“副业”,吸收农业系统外资金。

Abstract:Great achievements have been made since the policy of grain for green was implemented four years ago.Not only the area of the forest and grass land has been increased progressively,but also the planting structure has been optimized constantly.Moreover a prelim inary development in the forest and grass industry has been obtained and the ability to resist the natural calamity has been improved. However,the present eco-economic system is still fragile.Therefore,the plan to stipulate regional ecological construction and to coordinate economic development in the future should be made. Further more,the indust rialization of agriculture should be developed to improve overall functions of agricultural eco-economy and side industries should be developed to absorb capitals outside of agricultural system.
