基于原料乳质量安全的供需双方合作博弈研究

乳制品质量安全问题频发,原料乳质量安全刻不容缓。文章以博弈理论为基础,采用定性分析的研究方法,分析了原料乳供需双方的利益向导,对利益主体间的博弈情况进行了整体分析,提出了违约金的高低及原料乳合同价格的高低是影响原料乳供需关系稳定的重要因素。最后根据模型结果从政府、乳品企业和第三方检验三个方面提出相应的对策。

Study on the cooperative games between the supply and demand sides based on the quality and safety of raw milk

The quality and safety of dairy products are very urgent because the quality and safety problems of dairy products frequeutly occur. This paper uses the game theory as the theoretical basis, analyzes the interest guidance of raw milk between the supply and demand sides using the method of qualitative analysis. It also provides an overall analysis of the game situation between the stakeholders, and proposes that the high/low penalty and contrast price of raw milk are the most important factor affecting the stability of the supply - demand relationship of raw milk. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the three aspects including government, dairy companies and third - party testing according to the model results.
