施佳乐40%悬浮剂在葡萄上残留动态研究

摘    要:对施佳乐40%悬浮剂在葡萄及土壤中的残留动态进行了测定。结果表明,施佳乐40%悬浮剂在葡萄叶片中半衰期为3~4 d,10~12 d可降解90%以上;在土壤中半衰期为4~6 d,14-19 d可降解90%以上。葡萄中最终残留量为未检出~0.358 mg/kg。以此结果制定合理使用准则,推荐喷雾剂量为1 000倍液;最高残留限量为1 mg/kg。

Abstract:The method was carried out to examine residual dynamics of 40% pyrimethanil SC in grape and soil. The results showed that the half-lives of 40% pyrimethanil SC in grape and soils were 3-4 d and 4~6 d respectively. Pyrimethanil SC degraded over 90% after 10-12 d in grape and after 14-19 d in soil. The pesticide residues were not detected-0.358 mg/kg.The reasonable application method of 40% pyrimethanil SC in grape field was indicated and the recommended dosage was diluted 1000 times by spray and MRL was 1 mg/kg.
