大蒜滞销成因及出路探析

大蒜产业是山东、江苏等地的主导产业之一,是解决当地就业问题、增加农民收入的重要途径。然而,2018年5月以来大蒜滞销严重,使得整个产业的发展遭遇"瓶颈期",因此,解决这一问题已迫在眉睫。该研究就大蒜滞销问题走访了山东、江苏等大蒜主产区的种植合作社、加工贸易企业、销售市场、种植户、经纪人和科研院所,了解产销状况、市场行情,分析认为大蒜滞销是一定时期大蒜供大于求的市场表现,也是小农户和大市场之间冲突的体现。为化解这一矛盾,提出大蒜产业发展的对策建议。

Analysis on Cause and Way Out of Garlic Unsalable

Garlic industry was one of the leading industries in Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province.It was an important way to solve local employment problems and increase farmers′ income.However,since May 2018,the problem of garlic sluggish sales has become serious.Therefore,it was urgent to solve this problem.This study visited the main garlic production areas such as Shandong and Jiangsu planting cooperatives,processing and trading enterprises,sales markets,growers,brokers and research institutes on the problem of garlic sales,understand the production and marketing situation,market conditions.The analysis concluded that garlic was a market performance of garlic oversupply in a certain period,and it was also a manifestation of conflict between small farmers and large markets.In order to resolve this contradiction,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of garlic industry.
