| 摘 要： | 土壤种子库是指存在于土壤表面和土壤中的全部存活种子的总和，在植被恢复过程中起着极其重要的作用。结合种子库在国内外的研究动态，从种子库的类型、规模、动态分析、分布格局、与地上部分的关系、在植被恢复中的作用、种子库的寿命和遗传变异8个方面详细综述了种子库研究的主要内容。并在此基础上，提出种子库研究中急需解决的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Sum of all viable on the surface and in the soil is called soil seed banks，that are important for recovering vegetation and maintaining biological diversity. The research progress on soil seed bank was reviewed in terms of the type, size, dynamics, distribution, relationship with plant communication, role in vegetation recovery, life span and genetic variation. The key issues need to be resolved in the research on soil seed bank were also highlighted. |
