摘    要:除品种本身外,栽培技术尤其是施肥技术正以一种不容忽视的力量影响着稻米品质。通过不同施肥量、不同施肥方法等试验研究表明:增施氮肥,能有效提高稻米蛋白质含量,在施肥水平相同情况下,分次施用氮肥,其稻米的蛋白质含量高于一次性施用,生育期间均匀施氮的蛋白质含量显著高于两促施氮法,特别是穗肥追施氮肥时提高稻米蛋白质含量和降低直链淀粉含量效果最佳,从而提高稻米品质。

Abstract:The effect of cultural technology especially fertilization technology on rice quality can't be overlooked besides the variety itself. Different amounts of applied fertilizer and different fertilization methods are used in this article. The study of the experiment shows: the more nitrogenous fertilizer is used, the higher the protein content is in rice; when the same amount of nitrogenous fertilizer is used more than one time, the protein content in rice is higher than that used for once only. The protein content is evidently higher when nitrogenous fertilizer is used evenly during crop growth an development period than that used in just two times, especially extra nitrogenous fertilizer is used as gain fertilizer in grain filling stage, best results can be gained, the protein content in rice could increase and amylase content in rice could lower at the same time, therefore rice quality can be improved.
