| 摘 要： | 本文通过农耕理念成因和新疆绿洲农用地适度规模意义的分析,从水资源和现已利用农地潜力的视角,验证了绿洲农用地和耕地的适度规模,并提出了有约束条件的绿洲农用地水土资源利用是实现绿洲农用地适度规模的保障。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the agricultural idea and the significance of moderate farmland scale in Xinjiang oasis, this research confirms the moderate scale of farmland and plough in oasis from the angle of water resource potentiality and farmland potentiality. And then it is proposed that the restricted utilization of water and land resources is the safeguard for realizing the the moderate scale of farmland in oasis. |
