摘    要:本文以新疆冲积扇型城市为例,从分析其形成的环境地质基础出发,探讨了影响绿洲型城市选址的环境地质要素,建立了绿洲型城市优化选址的理论性数学模型,并以奎屯市为例进行了应用评价。

Abstract:In Xinjiang the alluvial fan city is a typical case of the oasis city which is the center ofeconomy, poiltics aidculture in the arid laid.Based on analysing its geological base──the alluvial fan,the paper probes into various geological factors relating to its siteselection,of which land and water are of vital iniporance, and establishes a theoreticalmodel for optimizing the site selection for the oasis city. Of tl2is model two targets are theminimum costs of land requisiton and the minimum charges for water,binding factors arethe groundwater quantity,the grounfwater qtiality, the groundwater level and the bearingcapacity of ground.The multi-target linear programming method is used in the model. ItsPattern is:max(min)z=AX BX<=B Furthermore the modle has been tested and verified by Kuitum city as an example.The best locatioii of this city has been chosen by using the target weighted method.Andthe unreasonability of location and its reason have been pointed out in some alluvial fancities. It proves that the model canprovide the theortical basis for urban development,andanalyse the reasonability of urban site selection.
