| 摘 要： | 对气相色谱测定亚硝态氮的方法进行了研究,提出亚硝酸与异丙醇生成亚硝酸异丙酯的气相色谱测定方法。试验结果表明,用亚硝酸异丙酯化的方法测定亚硝态氮,灵敏度高,可测定5 ng／mL的亚硝态氮;稳定性好,在5 h内完成测定,误差小于2.4％;精密度高,相对标准偏差为1.8％;回收率为96%~105％。该方法能适应对土壤、食品、饮用水中亚硝态氮的测定要求。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the way of measuring nitrite nitrogen by gas chromatography,presenting the gas chromatographic measuring method of generating isopropyl nitrite with nitrite acid and isopropyl alcohol. The result of this test shows this way has high sensitivity and can detect nitrite nitrogen of 5 ng/mL;has good stability in 5 hours long,error below 2. 4%; has high precision with 1. 8% of relativity standard deflection;recovery rate is 96%-105%.The method may be adapted to measure nitrite nitrogen in soil,food,drinking water,and so on. |
