家猪染色体的研究——Ⅱ.染色体的G—带核型

作者应用胰酶G—带分染法对苏大白、杜洛克及正在培育的甘肃白猪和甘肃黑猪的染色体的G—带核型进行了研究。结果表明,这四个品种中常染色体对间的带纹数目及形态基本一致,而性染色体间的差异却较大。与其他作者的材料相比较,可以发现,如果要将这些差异作为品种的特异性标记在育种及保种过程中加以应用还有一个过程。

The Study Fon the Chromosomes of Demostic Pigs,Sus Scrofa. Ⅱ. G--Banded Karyotypes of the Chromosomes.

By means of trypsin-banding stains, the G-bandes karyotypes of the chromosomes of Large White, Duroc, Gansu White pigs and Gansu Black pigs have been studied. It has been shown that the numbers and the morphologies among the autosome pairs in these four breeds nearly coincided, but there were comparatively remarkable differences among the sex-chromosomes. It would be much ealier if these differences were reganded as variety marks and applied in breed conservations and breedings.
