摘    要:发展农民专业合作组织是社会主义新农村建设的重要载体与举措,也是解决当前经济危机状况下农民工返乡创业问题的重要办法.市场竞争能力是推动农民专业合作组织长期快速发展的直接动力.政府应采取措施为发展农民专业合作组织创造良好的外部环境,降低环境威胁,农民专业合作组织需制定提升竞争能力的相关对策,充分发挥内部优势,克服内部劣势,利用外部机会,规避外部威胁,不断提升自身的市场竞争能力.

Abstract:The development of farmer professional cooperative organization is not only an important carrier and an important measure to building new socialist countryside,but also an important solution to solve the problem that migrant workers returned to their home in the current status of economic crisis.To improve the marketing competitive ability,the farmer professional cooperative organization should play full internal strengths,use external opportunities and overcome the external threats and internal weaknesses,and government should create a favorable external environment.
