摘    要:以菠菜为试验对象,研究各基因型菠菜对镉的吸收累积差异及镉对菠菜生理代谢的影响.结果表明:经镉处理后,菠菜地上部(干重)镉含量为129.69~290.15μg/g,根为87.26~1487.67μg/g.地上部及根部镉含量和镉积累量基因型间存在显著差异,镉主要累积在菠菜的根部.镉影响菠菜对大量元素的吸收及分配,地上部K含量降低,根部K、Mg和P含量增加;无论地上部还是根部,Ca和S含量都增加.

Abstract:The research was conducted on genotypic differences and effects on cadmium(Cd) concentrations and accumulations in spinach(Spinacia oleracea) growth.The effects of cadmium absorption and accumulation on the physiological metabolisms were analyzed.It showed that sixteen cultivars of spinach were grown in the nutrient solutions containing 10 mg/mL of cadmium in order to investigate genotypic differences in the effects of cadmium exposure during the plant growth.
