工业化、信息化与新时期渔业现代化

本文以国家中长期科技发展规划和中国进入工业化中后期发展阶段为视角,综合了世界上发达国家进入现代化的进程以及中国全面实现现代化发展要求,提出我国实现渔业现代化发展的进程、关键问题。分析了科技进步以及工业化、信息化、智能化与渔业现化化的关系,科技进步促使人类社会进入了工业化、信息化时代,工业化与信息化是现代化的必经阶段,传统产业的现代化发展必须与工业化和信息化并举。工业化与信息化紧密相连,相互促进,从而实现渔业的现代化。智能化是信息化的升华,是渔业现代化的远景目标。

Industrialization, Information Technology and Fisheries Modernization

From the sight of S＆T （Science and Technology） plan and the industrialization stages of China, compositing the world＇ s developed countries of modernization and comprehensive development requirements of China＇s overall modernization, the paper proposed the development of China＇ s fisheries modernization process and the key questions. Scientific and technological progress promoted human society into the industrialized information age, industrialization and information technology is a necessary stage of modernization, and modernization of traditional industries must be developed by them. Industrialization and information technology are closely linked and can promote each other in order to achieve the fisheries modernization. Intelligence is both the sublimation of information technology and the prospect of fisheries modernization.
