摘 要: | 随着国内地区电网调度自动化SCADA(数据采集与监视控制系统)/EMS(能量管理系统)主站系统实用化水平的不断提高。开展全网无功电压优化闭环控制(AVC)系统的研究及应用已提上议事日程。介绍地区电网电力调度自动化AVC(自动电压控制)系统的作用和工作过程,阐述在AVC系统闭环控制中的安全策略问题,为地区电网AVC系统设计及应用安全性的保证提供了参考。
