基于PLC的穴盘苗移栽机械手控制系统设计

摘    要:随着温室蔬菜及花卉生产的飞速发展,温室智能化及自动化装置的研究成为农业工程领域研究的热点。应用PLC技术设计开发了穴盘苗自动移栽机械手的控制系统。详细地介绍了硬件结构即电气系统的设计,包括气缸、电磁阀及行程开关的选择I、O接点的分配及PLC接线图的设计,编制出机械手运动过程梯形图和指令表程序,完成了控制系统的安装和调试。结果表明,该控制系统的设计合理,性能可靠。

Abstract:With the development of vegetable and flower production,design of intelligent and automatic equipments used in green house becomes an important issue in agricultural engineering.With the application of theory and technology of programmable logic controller-PLC,the control system of transplanting potted seedlings manipulator was developed.First,the hardware of control system for transplanting seedlings manipulator was designed in detail,including the implement components,electrical control components and sensors.Then the design and selection of cylinder,solenoid valve and travel switch,configuration of I/O interface and wiring of PLC were completed and ladder chart and repertoire were drawn up.In the end,the control system was realized and tested.
