摘    要:建立了虾籽中柠檬黄、日落黄等10种合成色素及其色淀的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品以氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液提取,加入EDTA络合色淀中的铝离子。采用symmetry C18色谱柱,以甲醇-20 mmol/L醋酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器测定,外标法定量。10种色素在0.5~20.0 mg/kg范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9999,加标回收率82.4%~107.9%,相对标准偏差0.445%~6.310%,检出限为0.5~1.0 mg/kg。

Abstract:A simultaneous determination method of 10 kinds of synthetic colorants , such as tatrazine and sunset yellow , and their aluminum lakes in shrimp eggs was established by high performance liquid chromatog -raphy.The samples were extracted by methanol -NaOH solution, and the aluminium ions were removed by complexation with EDTA.The extracts were separated with symmetry C18(25 cm ×4.6 cm ×5μm)column u-sing methanol-20 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase .The target compounds were confirmed by di-ode-array detection and quantified by the external standard method .The linear relationships of 10 synthetic colorants were good in the range of 0.5~20.0 mg/kg with correlation coefficients more than 0.9999.The re-covery of standard addition ranged form 82.4%to 107.9%with the relative standard deviation (RSD) in the range of 0.445%~6.310%.And the detection limit was in the range of 0.5~1.0 mg/kg.
