庆阳市农村基础设施建设现状分析

庆阳市地处我国经济欠发达的西北腹地,基础设施配备远远落后于其他发达地区,农村地区表现尤为突出。加强农村基础设施建设对于加快庆阳农村经济发展、改善农民生产和生活条件具有重要的意义。本文通过分析庆阳市农村地区基础设施投资建设存在的问题与不足,提出相应的对策建议,以期能够改善农民生活条件,提高政府威信,开拓市场、扩大内需和促进本地经济增长,提高农业综合生产力,为逐步实现新型城镇化提供有力的保障。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Rural Infrastructure Construction in Qingyang

Qingyang City is located in the undeveloped region of northwest China, it＇s infrastructure is far behind of other developed regions, especially in rural areas. Strengthening the rural infrastructure construction has an important significance to improve produc- tion and living conditions of farmers. It also can speed up the development of rural economy in Qingyang. In this paper, problems and deficiencies existing in rural areas of Qingyang, especially investment in infrastructure construction were analyzed and suggestions were put forward to improve the living conditions of farms and enhance the authority of the government, These suggestions can open up the market to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth and provide a strong protection for the new urbanization.
