摘    要:为划分出新疆地区大果沙枣的栽培变种,选择了具代表性的5个地区的38棵大果沙枣为研究对象,运用统计分析方法对大果沙枣的15个表型性状进行了分析与比较。结果表明:大果沙枣6个质量性状Shannon指数的平均值是0.966,Simpson指数的平均值是0.410,大果沙枣的质量性状丰富度较高;9个数量性状变异系数平均值为15.426%。通过主成分分析,前4个主成分的累计贡献率为71.149%,果实、果核大小、果形指数及千粒质量等9个性状可作为划分种下等级的主要依据。聚类分析后可将38棵大果沙枣植株划分为4个栽培变种。

Abstract:For purpose of classifying infraspecific taxon of E.moorcrofiii Wall.Ex Schlecht. in Xinjiang, 38 accessions of germplasm resources from five representative were as of Xinjiang were cboosed as subjects. With the method of statistical analysis 15 indicators of fruit and kernel of E.moorcrofiii Wall.Ex Schlecht were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the mean value of 6 quality traits of the Shannon index in E.moorcrofiii Wall.Ex Schlecht.was 0.966, the mean value of its Simpson index was 0.410, the quality traits of E.moorcrofiii Wall.Ex Schlecht.were richness;the average of the coefficient of variation of 9 quantitative traits was 15.426%. Through principal component analysis, the cumulative contribution of the first 4 principal components was 71.149%, 9 characters could be used as the main basis for dividing a infraspecific taxon.The cluster analysis of 38 individual plants could be divided into 4 groups.
