| 摘 要： | 利用健康、自然处理的鸡，经屠宰后用自然挤压法收集十二指肠（前段）和其后３０厘米（平分为中、后段）小肠内的内容物，制得鸡小肠液。测得，前、中、后段的胰蛋白酶活力分别为３８１．０、３０９．４、２３０．４酶活单位／毫升；胰糜蛋白酶的活力分别为２５０．８、２０３．９、１４２．１酶活单位／毫升。重复解冻鸡小肠液、或改变反应的ＰＨ值，对两种酶的活力影响较大；鸡日粮中低剂量的菜籽饼毒素对两种酶的活力没有影响；鸡的日增重、饲料报酬与两种酶的活力没有明显关系。

| Abstract: | The small intestinal fluid were collected from duodenum and 0-15cm 15-30cm segment behind duodenum of slaughtered usual fowls with artificial method.Trypsin vigor of the former,middle.and latter segment were tested for 381.0,309.4and230.4 PU/ml respectively,and chymotrypsin were 250.8,203.9and142.1 PU/ml.Inducement of PH value in fluenced on the two enzyme vigor largely. Low dosage RDM toxic agent of feed had no influencement on the two enzyme vigor.There were no direct relationship between two enzyme vigor and daily gain and feed efficlency. |
