基于可编程控制器的水轮机调速器

摘    要:提出了一种基于可编程控制器的水轮机调速器,它实现了用可编程控制器模块进行频率测量,具有测频精度高、调节速度快、可靠性高、人机接口简单等优点。电站试验及运行表明,该调速器具有良好的动静态特性,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:A type of hydraulic turbines' governor based on programmable contoller is proposed.The governor makes frequency measuring with a programmable controller.It has following advantages:higher in frequency measuring accuracy,quich in regulation speed,higher in reliability,simple in man machine interface,etc..The test and operation of the governor in the power station show that the governor has good dynamic and static characteristics and widely applying prospects. [
