| Abstract: | Pickering emulsion is a new type of emulsion system that has the advantages of low cost,good safety,environmental friendliness,and high stability.This article introduces the stability mechanism of Pickering emulsion,and reviews the research progress of preparation and application of starch-stabilized Pickering emulsion,in order to provide reference for the further research and development of Pickering emulsion. |
