摘    要:Pickering乳液是一种新型乳液体系,具有成本低、安全性好、环境友好、稳定性高等优势。介绍Pickering乳液的稳定机理,综述淀粉稳定的Pickering乳液制备及其应用研究进展,以期为Pickering乳液的进一步研究与发展提供参考。

Research Progress on Preparation and Application of Starch-stabilized Pickering Emulsion

Abstract:Pickering emulsion is a new type of emulsion system that has the advantages of low cost,good safety,environmental friendliness,and high stability.This article introduces the stability mechanism of Pickering emulsion,and reviews the research progress of preparation and application of starch-stabilized Pickering emulsion,in order to provide reference for the further research and development of Pickering emulsion.
