| Abstract: | Fungus chaff is the by-product of edible fungus production.Recycling it can turn waste into treasure and protect the environment.This paper introduces the current situation of recycling and utilization of fungus chaff in the aspects such as cultivation,feed,fertilizer and energy materials of edible fungi,in order to provide reference for realizing the virtuous cycle of resources and promoting the healthy development of edible fungus industry. |
