| 摘 要： | 创新运用“微观-中观-宏观”框架进行分析，发现影响农民退出土地承包经营权的因素主要包括微观层面个体特征、中观层面家庭状况和宏观层面退出政策。土地承包经营权退出机制的完善，需要从创新退出模式、细化法律法规、发挥市场主体作用等方面进行改进。

Withdrawal Mechanism of Land Contractual Management Right under Background of Rural Revitalization |

| Abstract: | Innovatively using“micro-meso-macro”framework，it was found that factors affecting farmers′ withdrawal from land contractual management rights mainly included individual characteristics at micro level，family status at meso level and withdrawal policies at macro level.Improvement of withdrawal mechanism of land contractual management right need to be improved from aspects of innovating withdrawal mode，refining laws and regulations and giving full play to the role of market subject. |
