摘 要: | 研究了不同红光(R)和蓝光(B)比对蓝莓组培苗生长和生理的影响。使用10种不同的红蓝光比(即1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4、1∶5、1∶6、1∶7、1∶8、1∶9和1∶10)来处理蓝莓组培苗,测定其光合色素含量。结果表明:T4处理的叶绿素a、总叶绿素含量最大;T10处理的叶绿素b含量最大;T3处理的胡萝卜素含量最大。不同比例的蓝光和红光可以改变蓝莓组培苗的生长和生理指标。

Effects of Different Light Quality Treatments on Growth of Blueberry Seedlings in Tissue Culture |

Abstract: | Effects of different red light(R)and blue light(B)ratios on growth and physiology of blueberry tissue culture seedlings were studied.Ten different red and blue light ratios(i.e.1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4,1∶5,1∶6,1∶7,1∶8,1∶9 and 1∶10)were used to treat blueberry tissue culture seedlings,and content of photosynthetic pigment were determined.Results showed that contents of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll in T4 treatment were the largest;content of chlorophyll b in T10 treatment was the highest;T3 treatment had the highest carotene content.Different proportion of blue light and red light could change growth and physiological indexes of blueberry tissue culture seedlings. |
