摘    要:针对当前马铃薯播种难以满足轻简、高效、均匀、精准和联合播种作业的需求,以及无法改善播种过程中的漏播和仍然依靠人工辅助补种等问题,研发了一种基于单片机控制的集排种、检种和补种于一体的马铃薯播种机.阐述了播种和加速补种的控制原理,建立播种机行走路径与排、补种之间的数学模型,并给出了主要硬件电路和软件流程的相关设计.所设计的...

Research and Development of Potato Seeder Control System to Accelerate Reseeding
Abstract:At present,potato sowing is difficult to meet needs of simple,efficient,uniform,accurate and combined sowing operation,missing sowing can not be solved in process of sowing,and potato sowing still rely on manual supplementary sowing.In order to solve these problems,an integrated potato planter was developed based on single-chip microcomputer control.Control principle of seeding and accelerating reseeding was described,and mathematical model between movement path of seeder and seed discharging as well as reseeding was established.Furthermore,related designs were given on main hardware circuit and software flow chart.The designed seeder operated at speed of 2-10 km/h,and plant spacing was set at 300 mm.Results of field experiment showed that: rate of missed seeding was ≤1.24%,average value of plant spacing was 307.5 mm,and coefficient of variation of plant spacing was 2.41%.All indexes met national technical standards of potato seeder,and also met requirement of high efficiency,precision and no manual assistant sowing in process of potato sowing.
