高校大学生未来从事“三农”工作意愿及其影响因素——基于北京四所高校的在校生调研

高校大学生作为社会精英分子,肩负着服务“三农”事业的重担。文章基于对北京四所高校的在校生所做的调查数据,采用Logistic回归模型,估计了高校大学生未来从事“三农”工作意愿及其影响因素。结果表明,高校大学生较为愿意从事“三农”工作,但选择工作地在农村的意愿极低。此外,文化水平、专业、父母是否务农、户籍、去农村的频率、认为农村是社会建设和发展的基础、愿意在农村生活以及认为农村生活是社会、经济和生态协调发展的可持续途经对大学生未来从事“三农”工作意愿有积极影响;大学生越认为农业不适合投资,则未来从事“三农”工作的意愿越弱。因此,提升大学生从事“三农”工作意愿的关键在于高校教育和制度保障。

An Analysis of College Students'willingness to Work in the"Three Rural Issues"Related Positions in the Future and its Influencing Factors:Based on the Research of Students in Four Universities in Beijing

The three rural issues endeavor is a practical action to solve the three rural issues and realize agricultural modernization.As social elites,college students shoulder the historical mission of solving the three rural issues.Based on the survey data of the students in the four universities in Beijing,the logistic regression model is used to estimate the willingness of college students to engage in the three rural issues related work and its influencing factors.The results show that college students are more willing to engage in the three rural issues related work,but the willingness to choose a place to work in rural areas is extremely low.In addition,the good level of cultural training,suitable major specialized,the fact that parents are farmers,household registration places,the frequency of going to rural areas,the belief that rural areas are the foundation of social construction and development,the willingness to live in rural areas,and the belief that rural life is a sustainable way of social,economic and ecological development are all positive factors encouraging students to work in three rural issues related positions.The more college students think that agriculture is not suitable for career investment,the weaker the willingness to engage in the three rural issues related work in the future.Therefore,the key to improving college students'willingness to such work depends on the education and institutional guarantee of colleges and universities.
